2000 5.3 Silverado exhaust

2000 5.3 Silverado exhaust
I have a 5.3 engine in my silverado. Any suggestions on what the best exhaust system would be. I was looking into a 50 series flowmasters muffler

I have a 2000 silverado Z71. It6 had 50 series on it. I wanted more sound so I went with the super 40 flowmaster and it sound great!!!. Flowmaster has a new muffler it is the super 44 flowmaster. I'm not for suer what it sounds like though. Iwouldgo with either the super 40 or super 44.

im gettting dual flowmaster 40 series (not super) monday. i had a 40 series on my 96 5.7L and it sounded awesome. Problem w/ flowmasters tho are that they rust out sooner than a magnaflow or others. But now that I live in San Antonio w/ very minimal rain/wetness I'm not too worried about rust issues. But in Ohio....forget it, spend the extra $$$ and pay 500-650 $$$ on magnaflow.
The 40 series is louder than the super 40, just so you know. and the 80 series is louder than the 40 series I believe. Do a search on youtube with other 5.3Ls and their exhausts to compare sounds.
