What the heck is that called and where do I get them? A friend told me I could find them at the local auto parts store, a bag of them for a buck, but I can‘t find them and the people that work there look at me like I‘m from another planet. They want to sell me the whole handle assembly. All I need is the little white plastic piece (A) so that the rod doesn‘t slip out of the hole. Right now I have zip ties holding it in (B) - that‘s just ghetto.

have you checked witha gm dealer,they will at least tell you what the name of them
