Default 2000 chevy Brake problem

Hello,
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
I have 2000 Chevy Silverado 5.3 1500 I’m having problems with my brakes. When I’m going slow pulling into a parking spot going under 5 miles an hour and apply the brakes sometimes not all the time I can’t push the brake pedal down and it pulsates, and I can’t stop. I have found if I throw it into neutral the brakes work again. I've never noticed the ABS light come on but it might just haven't noticed it. I just put new brakes and calipers on the front but it didn’t fix the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Still sounds like an abs issue.

you can take abs fuse out see if that solves it and that might tell you what is wrong
