2000 Rear Differential swap
I have a 2000 Silverado with a 4.8L, 4x4, LS, and a 4.10 gear ratio (rpo code GT5) with a 10 bolt cover. My differential just went out and I am short on cash.
I have a guy who has a posi rear differential (rpo code G80) from a 99 silverado 4x4 5.3L, and say it's a 4.10 gear ratio for a good price. Can I swap these over?
