2000 sierra 6.0 clicking popping noise

2000 sierra 6.0 clicking popping noise
I have a 2000 sierra and when im at wot i get a loud popping/clicking only in high rpm. seems to stop when truck shifts..... seems to be shifting driving just fine otherwise. its the 6.0 motor and is stock. i think it coming from the front but hard to tell.
