Default 2000 Silverado 1500 Dash lights not working.

The dash lights have been slowly going out and finally last night they totally went. Do I have to replace the entire instrument panel?

Default Looking for the fuse for the instruments panel

The dealer said to look for a fuse labeled I/P Gauges or just Gauges. I have neither! Any other suggestions
