Default Dash lights and Tail lights not working, Help Please!!

97 Chevy Tahoe - The headlights and brake lights are working fine. The dash lights and tail lights on the other hand do not. The tail lights work intermittently and the fuse is not blown they just come and go as they please. The dash lights never work and blows the fuse immediately every time I turn on the headlights. what do you think the problem could be any help would be appreciated

Probally unrelated issues. If you have an aftermarket radio, check the connections and make sure the purple/white wire is not grounding out, this will short out the dash lights. as far as the tail lights, try slightly applying the hazard switch to see if that affects them. hope this helps.
