Default 1995 suburban tail lights not working

I have a 1995 GMC Suburban and my tail lights have stopped working. I have replaced all of my rear bulbs and have checked all of my fuses under the hood and inside the cabin. My brake and turn signal lights are all working and so is the third brake light.
