Default 2000 Silverado 4.8, 5 speed, Mods and Maintenance

I need input from everyone. I have very well maintained this truck and now Im planning my spring maintenance/mods.

Currently it has a K&N kit, Auburn Pos gears, 4" Rancho lift, and an aftermarket exhaust. Everything else is stock.

1.) Since this truck is a 5 speed would it benefit from a chip/program?
2.) Anyone used a MSD Coil pack? worth the money? Any gains over stock?
3.) Spark Plugs? Anything better than the stock AC Delcos? Can you tell a difference?
4.) Injectors? Any advantage to larger ones or replacements?
5.) Mass Air Flow sensor?
6.) ANYTHING ELSE??

I have done all the regular maintenance up to this point. My book now shows nothing. What maintenance do you suggest at 110,000 on a 10 year old truck??

Thanks Everyone!
Garry

1.) Programmers seem to be a waste of money, a custom tune is the way to go.
2.) MSD coil is a waste of money, the stock coil already produces more voltage than is needed.
3.) AC Delco if the best for your truck.
4.) No need for bigger injectors unless the engine is HIGHLY (internal) modified, the computer will just turn down the on time of the injectors to spray the same amount of fuel as before. O2 sensors will command the needed fuel mixture.
5.) Not needed unless it is HIGHLY modified
6.) Just drive it, maintain it and enjoy. It is not a race car. It will last longer and be more reliable the way it is.

Thanks for the input...

What you have told me seems to be what I have read before. That is why there has not been much done to the truck in the past ten years.

Im looking into the custom tunes at Black Bear Performance. Im not sure of the cost of the varies tunes they do but I emailed yesterday. Also, Im not sure of the return I would see for the money. Since my truck is a manual transmission truck this might limit the gains that I would get from these tunes. BUT, Im hoping to hear differently and justify the cost verses return.

Thanks again for your time!
