I have a2000chev. Sivdo.that turns over but wont start.the fuel pump,filter,gas lines were replaced a couple mos.ago.the obd reader says code1351 ,which refers to high ign.voltage.what does this mean?

 

As you know, an engine needs both fuel and spark to fire up and run. It appears that you've done the entire fuel system, but since it was the last stuff worked on, it might be worthwhile to have a fuel pressure reading done at the engine.

As for the ignition, I do not have access to an explanation of all the codes, but it sounds suspiciously like there's something wrong the secondary (high) voltage system that fires the plugs.

 

do you have spark? crank position signal?
