Hi there everybody. just bought a 2001 v6 4.3 5-speed and it has a lift on it. Problem is its a backyard made lift and its not made well. I want to drop it down to stock or a spindle lift. Whats the best way of going about this and what other years have the same suspension? So i can go search the junk yards. Thanks alot guys!

 

Look for 00-06 silverados 2wd. Should be able to find all you're lookin for. But idk if there's extensions and what not for the manual tranny

 

Thats what i thought. Does it matter if they are reg cab, ext or crew cab?

 

Nope should all be the same suspension setup, unless for some reason it was a HD truck

 

No sir its a LS 2wd short box. I appreciate your help and I will post later my progress on that i have to tackle the transmission and motor mounts this weekend =}
