I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado 4X4.

About a year ago the climate controls started to mess up. When I would put the control to divert the air flow to come out of the dash vents, nothing woild come out. If I would tap the diverter switch, it would start to blow out of the dash vents. Now, the air does not flow out of the dash vents at all...no matter what I do. The flan is still blowing, but the air only comes out of the defrost area.

I don't know if it is the control assembly or the actual diverter door within the ducting.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
