Default 2002 Silverado OBDII Drive Cycle

I recently bought this truck from my neighbor, and to get my tags I have to pass emissions, but I've failed because I havnt completed the drive cycle. I have done all of the gm requirements ( coast from 55 to 20 w/o brakes, idle, ect.) and the heat o2/catalyst thing still isn't ready. I've driven it 300 miles. Is there anyway to check the the percentage of drive cycle completed with a scanner? Anyway around this?

The hrt (oxygen sensor heater) monitor is the only one.
