had the transmission rebuilt, now it wont downshift, hooked it up to the computer it shows everything but drive is 2nd gear , took it back to shop he changed out the wiring harness inside the transmission, its still doing it he s its electrical but cant figure out what. any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Did you try adjusting your neutral safety switch on the side of your trans.
