2003 Silverado Tailgate Latch P/N - HELP

2003 Silverado Tailgate Latch P/N - HELP
Does anyone know the P/Ns for the tailgate left and right side latches? I've been searching the internet for the past two days and amazingly can not find this information. I found the handle, the bezel, the hinges, the striker bolts, and the cable, but NO latches - AMAZING! 
The only thing I did find was a complete replacement hardware kit on EBAY, but I don't want to spend $100 for two latches.
