Looking at an 04 1500 4 door. The body is in good shape. The truck has 303K on it. The 5.3L was just replaced with a used one with 90K on it. The trans has about 190K on it the guy that has it owns a shop by me and said when he serviced the trans and diffs the fluid looked good. The guy he got it from took care of it until the motor puked. So shoudl I take a chance on this? The truck is loaded leather,DVD, ect. new tires. I think I can walk away for about $7,500.00. He also said take it to whoever I want to have it checked over.
