2004 Chevy 6.0 Knock sensor

2004 Chevy 6.0 Knock sensor
Have a check engine light code showing knock sensor fault. Truck has 112000 miles with no tune up. Will a tune up (plug and wires ) cure the fault or will I need to replace sensors to cure? Thanks for any help!

I doubt plugs and wires will address the KS problem, be it the sensor itself or wiring. Before everyone jumps in here, however, I'd like to suggest that you post the actual code rather than some vague AutoZone interpretation.
