Question 2004 Silverado Exhaust

I just recently bought a 2004 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab and am looking for an exhaust system to put on. What I’m looking for is a louder system with a dual rear out that also provides increased performance/horsepower. Their are so many options out there so more knowledge an guidance on this would be greatly appreciated

I have a 2wd 2004 Silverado - extended cab & 5.3L V8. A bit more than a year ago, I had dual Flowmaster "50 Series" mufflers installed for a true, cat-back dual exhaust system. I have twin pipes straight out the back underneath the bumper. It looks great and sounds even better.

The "40 Series" are louder, if that is what you want....and the "70 Series" mufflers will hardly be audible.

Good luck!!

true dual magnaflow with a x-pipe to balance it..get a shorter magnaflow casing to make it louder. or dynomax bullet instead of magnaflow
