Default 2005 Chevrolet Silverado A/C problem

Hello Friends,
It been doing this for a while. When I'm driving on highway with my air conditioner on. Sometime Hot air come out of drivers vents, cold air coming out on passenger side. While driving on the road, sometime I put engine on "N" and turn the engine off and then turn it back on and put engine on drive, cold air come back on. Any idea ?

You must have dual climate controls if that's whats happening. Driver's side no big deal. Bottom of the HVAC housing, passenger side, just at the top of the trans tunnel, there is an actuator with 2 screws holding it in. When it goes bad it'll default to hot. Turning it off then back on resets it. If it was the passenger side, more trouble. It's under the dash pad just towards the center.
