2005 Silverado intermitten starting problem
2005 Z71 28k miles, when key is turned on and the gas gage does not move it will turn over but not start. When it turns over but does not start the next few times you try to start, nothing happens. Turn switch on and off untill gas gage moves (also temp gage when warmed up) it will start fine. You may have to turn switch on/off 2 times or maybe 20 times. Ing switch was replaced by local Chevy dealer and it started fine for 5 days then back to same problem.

there has got to be some kind of wiring issue here, i would say your best bet isto take it back to the dealer and have them fix it once again because the problem is persisting

Thats really wierd, there has got to be a short or some wiring problem having to do with the ignition. Take it to the dealer, they are supposed to guaranty their work so they might do it for free minus parts.
