2005 Silverado Stereo and Electrical question

2005 Silverado Stereo and Electrical question
My sister-in-law got a new truck and is picking it up this Friday. I am going to have to do some electrical work on it and have a few questions. The truck is a 2005 Regular cab with the 4.8L V8. It's in great condition with only 43k miles. The previous owner already has intake, exhaust, rear drop, Tahoe 20" rims, subwoofer, and door speakers installed. However, it still has the factory radio.
This brings me to my first question I am installing the Pioneer head unit from her old car, what wire harness do I need? I think the truck had/has the bose system, but no OnStar. What are my options on wire harnesses? I don't mind losing the Bose amps and powering the door speakers off the head unit if I have too. I would like to get something locally if possible, I need to do the install this weekend and won't have time to order anything.
My next question is about the power seats and passenger airbag. The truck has the full interior of an SS, which I assume is just the leather seats and center console. After the guy switched the seats, the passenger airbag stays off all the time. I would very much like to get the corrected, what is this going to take? Also, the seats have warmers in them, is this a big deal to hook up? I imagine I could find an aftermarket controller and some switches to get these to work.
I think that is all I have now. Please forgive this Mopar guy for so many questions.

Welcome to the Chevy Forums.
What you need to change the head unit to anything aftermarket, such as Pioneer, is called a dataport adapter. (@100$) Make sure you have the door chime turned down, or it will be loud enough to crack glass.

did this gm2000fi work I have a 2003 gmc 1500 with bose sound system and I bought that gm2000fi as well but I'm getting a constant fuzzing noise through all the source that stays the same tone no matter what until I turn the key back off and shut stereo off any ideas?
