Default 2005 silverado traction control

2005 silverado traction control??
I have a 2005 silverado 4wd and noticed that there is an option on the computer pcm Pin for traction control.

C1, pin 13, Requested Torque Signal (NW7)

and C2, pin 5, Delivered Torque Signal (NW7).
Now these both are what controls traction control although my truck doesnt have it if i add 5v and power those pins even though my Abs will not work because it requires a 4 channel ABS controller but will the engine cut power if it senses slip if i power up those two pins on the pcm??

Or is all of this not that simple?
