Question 2007 Classic Lift

I'm thinking about putting a 6" lift on my 2007 Classic 1500 4dr crew cab 4x4 w/the auto track system. I have heard rumors that the front drive shaft will have to be replaced. Procomp's lift kit for the auto track comes with a front drive shaft but all the other brands (ex. Skyjacker, Rancho, ect.) do not.

Does the front drive shaft really need to be replaced?
Can I get away with using the Factory Shaft?

I have lowered plenty of trucks but this is the first lift I'm planning to do.

Any help would be appreicated!!!!
Thanks!!!!!!
