I have K&N but I did not notice that much from it. I love a loud exhaust and the noice from my CAI actually drowns out my Flowmasters at times. Its a little annoying at times but mostly at higher rpm's.

I put the GM cold air on mine it's a 6.0L2007 NBS& I like it because it's alot quieter than the K&N I had on my 2005 2500HD 6.0L. I don't know if I get any better gas milagebut with my 2005 I lovedto put my foot in it just to hear the sound!
