Hi all,


I have a 2008 Silverado with a 5.3 and just got informed by the Chevy garage that I have a lifter stuck and probably a bad cam. Is this normal?? I have had allot of problems with this truck over the years. In and out of the garage on average every 6k miles. Oh, and by the way it has under 65,000 miles. Help!!!

Thanks for the info. It's a shame, I love the truck but has been a pain in the butt since not long after I bought it.
