I purchased a 2008 Silverado LT a few months ago and have been having several electrical issues lately and was wondering if anyone else had encountered similar problems. Some times I get a "hood open" message on my dash board and will check my hood and re close it very firmly and it still shows. Also, I used to lock my door with the key and the alarm would randomly go off. Another issue is when my "chime" goes off(door open, seat belt off, etc...) I can barely hear it. Lately I cannot even get my remote to lock/unlock my vehicle, and I put in a new battery and still no luck.

Has anyone else had or heard of similar problems and if so, any possible solutions???
