Default 2011 2500hd please help...

I recently bought a 2011 Silverado 2500HD and it is set up for towing I believe. When I'm driving normal and get into the accelerator it seems to bog down instead of take off. It only had 17,000 miles on it when I got it. It has good power just not responsive. What can I do to get better exceleration? Is this a tune or programing issue? Again it bogs out and downshifts before hauling but. Takeoff power isn't so great either... Thanks for any help you could offer

Is there any codes on there? I know the tuning in the new models are pretty crappy but don't sound like that's your problem. Could be tuning, find a custom tuning place nearby with a good rep or a dyno tuning place

. I'm hoping a tune will do it. I read something someone wrote about Chevy putting restrictions on factory tune to limit stress on powertran and so on. And if you take them off it voids their 100,000 mile warranty. Hope that's the case and I can find someone to re program or tune it. Thanks for your comments.

Blackbear performance or gowheatley are two big names in chevy tuning world. I have a Wheatley tune myself an I love it
