Hi, I have a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado lt. I drove it through about a foot deep water hole. And as I was coming out it just died. I tried to start it and it seemed like the battery was died. So I jumped it off another truck and it tried to start. But it just wouldn't. I've let it sit for a few days to dry out and got a new battery. The check engine light is on. I pulled a code p0001. Fuel pressure regulator open. I try to start it now. It starts to turn over. Then stops. Then I try again and nothing. Like the battery is dead. Lights all come on, the radio works, the heat and ac cones on. But it just won't turn over on its own. I am loss right now. I've checked all the wires and cables. I've checked all the fuses. Idk if it's the starter or what.
