Thanks for the quick reply.

I removed rim cap and that temporary fixed the creak. For now I'll just drive my truck without the cap.

Fixed noise problem on front wheel

Had same problem. Found a thin piece of Styrofoam material between the lug nut metal hub and the chrome wheel. Took my knife and trimmed it off and noise went away.
