I have a 2013 HD long bed, that has had an issue since I purchased it, when you come to a complete stop, you hear a clunk and it feels like someone has just hit you from behind at low speed, The truck has been back to the dealership three times for this issue, and the dealership has yet to identify the problem. They have looked at the slip yoke, even considered the "fuel bump" issue, ( does not matter how much fuel is in take, still happens) neither seem to be the problem. My wife now refuses to drive the truck because of the issue. The dealership says that it may a "normal" thing. NORMAL ??? $58K for the vehicle, and it may be normal ? I have had Chevy trucks for all of my adult life, but this is the last one I will buy, it now has 13k miles and it will sit until I can sell it or trade it in, No more Chevy trucks for me.
