Well I was a little disapointed W/ my navigation, as the routes were wrong and it didn't have the Canada maps as promised for 2013. Found out when I had it looked at by my dealer it had old maps and softwear. So far GM's response has been great and thank you. They are sending a thumb drive to the dealer to upload the new maps and softwear under the warranty. So If you have a 2013 and the nav. dosent seem right have it looked at. Thank you to my Mike Savoie Chevy and GM for a quick response.

 

Well found out yesterday that GM denied my warranty claim on the navigation claim. The new softwear and updated was installed allready by my dealer MIKE SAVOIE CHEVY of Troy, MI. The dealer picked up the cost. Wich was around a 100.00 bucks. All I have to say is thank you Mike Savoie you have proven yourself again one it comes to customer care. NOW GM I AM VERY DISAPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE MY DEALER FOUND A PROBLEM AND YOU DID NOT BACK YOUR PRODUCT. I hope this is not a sign to come.
