2014 1500 3rd brake light

2014 1500 3rd brake light
I recently purchased a 2014 1500 Chevy Silverado, Z71, LTZ. I'm looking for help to hook up the third brake light to my cap. The brake light and turn signal are one wire at the rear taillight(green wire). What do I tap into to make this work? Hopefully don't have to go all the way back to the cab of Truck to tap into the actual 3rd brake light on truck.
