I got the rough country quad-row led tailgate lights. I also got the curt t adapter to connect to the trailer lights behind the bumper and have it be plug and play so i did not have to splice into factory wires. That did not work do to the advanced trailering package. So i seen to try an adapter that plugged into the tail light harness. They work perfect going that route but only when my trucks lights are on. If the lights are off on the truck only the brake light works, the rest just part of the bar lights up in a flicker. Any ideas on what this is? I am not very smart when it comes to this stuff. Could it be that it has sequential turn signals so it just is not going to function properly?
