Hi all-
My name is Jon and I’m new here for this question.
My ‘25 High Country is 2 weeks old.
Since day one, the radio (typically SXM but not always) volume level fades in and out, almost like it’s a speed/volume setting but it’s not. Or, as if you had Waze, GoogleMaps etc open, when it gives you an alert, the music quiets to hear the alert.
There’s no rhyme or reason to it. There’s no alert being broadcast over the speakers. The music will fade out for 30 seconds, 8 seconds, whatever. Then the volume will come back full throttle and then repeat the process. It doesn’t matter if I’m driving 8 or 85 mph or parked in my driveway idling, it does it.
Does anyone know of a setting I might be over looking?
It’s first world problems I know, but it’s irritating driving your new truck, jamming out and this c*** keeps happening and there’s nothing I can pinpoint
Thanks for any advice!

2025 Silverado 1500 LT. Just bought it and I am having the same issue. I did a little research and found that there is some type of software bug. I have notified the salesman and will be passing by the service department Monday. I will check if there is a software update available. If not, we will discuss the next option.
