If you get caught doing that, not having 200hp will be the least of your worries. The gub'ment take a dim view of people trying to circumvent their rules - even when they are idiotic.
Anyway, are you sure that you don't have a loose wire or failed to hook up something properly? Could you have a sensor that is not reading right and keeping your pressure too low?
