Want to swap out my tired, gutless 4.3 for a low mileage 350, or even crate motor, new..dont know. Wanna put an RV cam in it, maybe some headers, give the 350 just a little punch, not a hot rod going from gas station to gas station. I wanna leave the throttle body on it. Besides that, my question is, is this an easy swap? An afternoon? Everything bolts up? I can anticipate a few trips to AutoZone, but what about major stuff?

 

Main thing that comes to mind is the fan shroud. Doubt you are gonna do it in an afternoon unless you work on a Chevy line and have a lot of experience.
