4.7 to lq4 6.0 swap

4.7 to lq4 6.0 swap
does the 4l60 tranny bolt up to the lq4 and what all has to be modified to successfully swap engines over??? I'm just thinking about the swap for a toy...I'm just trying to research as much info as possible before starting the swap...can anybody give any input??
