I have the same truck with 285s on it and a levelling kit, I installed a edge evolution programmer and it made a good difference, i also installed mbrp exhaust and k and n intake, i pull a 30 foot jayco all summer long and a sled trailer all winter , with it, it isnt a 6.0l but it does the trick.

 

topwhop1977 thanks for the great advice. I think I will order the edge evolution programmer and give that a shot first maybe later this year try the k and n and the mbrp exaust. I love the truck but just need a little bit more power at highway speeds. Thanks again.
