Hi i have a 2007 chev vortec max that wont go in to 4x4 the light comes on and i can hear it go in the 4x4 shaft is locked in but the front tires will not spin just the rear???????traction control is also off......Does any one have any ideas........Thanks

 

What kind of 4wd system do you have? How many modes are on the dash, and which one are you trying to use?

 

I see that your location is Canada. For this issue you should get into contact with GM of Canada. I am unfamiliar with the GM Canadian warranties but they would know what your coverage is. You should also be able to speak with them about getting an appointment setup with your local dealer as well as work with your dealership to get this issue fixed. I hope that helps you.

HI i have the turn *** and i tried all modes i can hear it go in but nothing happens......are these trucks the same as the old ones that had a plunger or something????
