4x4 actuator
ok got a new problem yesterday just need to confirm maybe
99 silverado z71 auto with push 4x4
so i went to go in 4x4 low and got nothing but 4x4 hi works
light dont blink it seems like its in 4x4 hi but it in like neutral or something no clunk no nothing but light is steady
was thinking 4x4 actuator but not sure i read how people blink they hear clunking but wont go in so im at a lose

Engine off, transmission gear selector in neutral, foot on the brake and key on. Then push the LOW or HIGH button.
You must go thru this procedure every time you cross that neutral gate of the transfer case.

whats that mean ??
4x4 hi works 4x4 low will not just acts like im in neutral
i put truck in neutral hold break and hit low and will take it out of 2x4 and nothing on l4x4
