Default 6.5 td question

I have a 1995 chevy 2500 6.5 turbo diesel. I just had the tranny rebuilt and the guy there said my turbo wastegate code tripped when they did a scan. After driving it I noticed that I do not have my turbo increase any more. It is like I am waiting for the lag and it never comes. How and what should i do if any one could help me. Thanks

-Tyler

Check for vaccuum from the vac pump to the wastegate solenoid.....you should have 25"...

Check for vaccuum from wastegate solenoid to turbo actuator.....should have around 15" at idle....
