'77 C10, shifting problems
Well, as the title says, having some problems shifting this beast. Its an auto trans, 350turbo if I'm not mistaken.
Park, Neutral, 1, 2, and Drive all work perfectly fine. But to get it to go into reverse requires fiddling with the shifter.
My GM knowledge is lacking, usually a Ford guy. Is there a common issue with the shifters on these?
Side note: How do I tell what rear-end gears are on this thing? (Sorry, I really am a Chevy noob, haha)

Well my brother has the crappy 700s, 91-94 i believe and reverse went in that then his motor blew lol, he put a whole new tranny in it too cause after awhile only first and second worked... if that helps you at all

Well, kinda hoping its not the trans. I dunno how to explain it but the shifter feels "loose" in the reverse position until I finally get it in gear.
