I am just trying to figure out what the stock packages are for each of these Beautiful Chevy's. For some reason I can't find this info anywhere.

When I was growing up dad had an 86 Scottsdale 3/4 ton with a 350 and 3 speed with a low gear (basically a 4 speed, we called it bull dog gear), that thing was a beast. It kept falling out of 2nd on me, but of course it was always my fault. It's what I learnt to drive stick in. Sorry I don't really have any info on your question, I just wanted to throw that in there.

Back then the Silverado was a package that was the luxury model, power windows, door locks etc. The Scottsdale package was one step under the Silverado, my Dad had a 75, it had a better seat and some body trim. Sorry I don't know the entire packages.

I beleive that most of the Silverados were made with the 5.7 350 when a lot of the Scotsdales had the 5.0 305. That's about all I got...

I'm a lil late, but my dads first brand new truck was a 86 1ton chassis cab Scottsdale, 350 with a 4-speed with granny 1st, blew the 350 at 250,000, and put a 454, blew it at 200,000 and put another 454, then sold it in 98 with almost 850,000. rearend never blew up though.
