91 chevy wont get initial prime to start
ok, this is one i cant figure out, my dad bought a basket case 4x4 and has sunk a lot of money into it to get to this stage so i dont want to throw parts at it (i warned him when he bought it) anyway, it wont get the initial spray when starting the truck, he has to pour a lil gas into the intake to start it, and after it is started it runs though, i am thinking it is a missed wire or something because the engine is a 94 but with the stock intake on it, and he did the instalation (i found loose spark plugs after he did the swap, so he may have missed a wire or something, but here is the thing, it ran fine (kinda) then he replaced a sensor with a new one (i dont know which one i am 300 miles away) andthis problem started shortly after, u guys know anything about this?

Hey 2wd-K5,
How are you doing today.
Check out the wiring by the module connector just outside the fuel pump by the gas tank for scorched insulation and plug, or corroded wires and connections.
