My truck spits and sputters, backfires, and won't stay running. Not sure what to do about the problem, please help. Thanks.

 

It just won't idle or can you not even keep it running with playing with the gas. I would just go through the basics, checking spark would be my first place to look and if so i would check to make sure you have good fuel pressure.
