Hey guys. First time posting here. Ok When taking out the OEM tape deck. I was trying to put in an aftermarket cd player. however there was not enough room as the metal bracket connected to the dash board prevents it from going in any further leaving it about 3 inches out of the dashboard. now i can take that out but that will only give me maybe another 1/2 inch. then there is a black metal (what looks like) beam in the way. going left to right. Does anyone know what I am talking about? If so what did you do? how did you install your stereo? thanks!</P>

 

hey the only way to do it is to buy the center dash piece that allows the cd player to fit. its the piece with the vents.
