96 1500 troubles.
sorry, code is P1807.
I'm going to go collapse now, because my wii has whipped the **** out of me with one of those cardio things.
Good grief. I didn't even use these muscles chasing after cheerleaders in high school. Ow.

Hrm, whaddaya know, I looked around on the web some looking at that code,,,, then some of the fixes. Then I shot myself in the eye with a .357 cause that made more sense to me than any of the words I was reading.
I suppose I should have spent a little more time on the car geek side of things than the computer geek thing that I spent all my time on.
Supposedly one of these is maybe what I possibly could conceivably need. http://www.superiortransmission.com/...on/4L60E_V.htm
I think.

Hello all,
I'm new to this forum and I was wondering if the population could identify this problem I am having with my Chevrolet. I have a 1997 Chevrolet Z71 extended cab. I am having a hard jerk in my steering wheel while taking turns and sometimes while driving on the highway. The problem is annoying and I was wondering if any of you could identify this problem. Any help would be great.
Thanks!

I always check my front suspension for badgers. They can cause jerky steering

So uh, any of you all ever done one of these shift kit things? Is it gonna cause me to throw a **** fit?
Luckily I have at my disposal El-mechanico (otherwise known as dad) who I will dragoon into loaning me a friendly driveway and maybe even some elbow grease and headlight paste.
never heard of headlight paste... is that next to the blinker fluid, maybe the air cleaner oil and how many people on here have actually changed air filter oil, I am not joking on that one
