96 chevy 1 ton 2 wheel drive 350 auto
Ignition system truck won't start. Haynes manual says to check the trigger wire on the coil, the book says switch your volt meter to AC volt scale. How do you check that trigger wire? Test light indicates a signal and 20 DC volt scale it shows .24 volts, AC volt scale shows 0. Please help me with my truck. I am stuck 1800 miles from home in North Carolina and need to get home.
