Hey all, just bought a 96 Silverado and found a lever looking thing on the back of the passenger seat. What is this for? I’ve tried moving it and it appears either solid, or seized. I can’t see it in the owners manual either.
I can look with a flashlight and figure it out probably... but thought I’d check here first!

 

Has to be a seat adjuster of some kind. Might be stuck.

 

since its in the back i would think it would be for someone in the back to use. so it would either let the backrest go all the way forward or let the seat spring forward
