i got my grandpas 98 chevy 2500 hd ext cab gas 5,7L 8 lug 2 wd truck and i want to put just a small lift about 2'' on it. i cant seem to find one ANYWHERE. any help would be great.

 

The cheapest and easy way is to get leveling kits like Performance Accessories. If you are planning to go off the road, check out Suspension Lift Kits|4WO. Not a 2" lift but Superlift is a good choice and will allow you to install more aggressive tires.
